MPD seeks help identifying wandering child

As of 4:45 p.m., June 6, the child was located at home and is safe.

Maricopa Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the child in this photo. Earlier today, the unidentified child was seen on camera wandering alone near Buckhorn Trail and Larkspur Drive in the Desert Cedars Subdivision.

Police believe the child may have returned home, but want to verify their safety as temperatures continue to increase.
