It is time for the voters to move the good old boys out and let Pinal County progress forward.

It is time to put a stop to criminals advancing violent crime in Pinal County. Men like Mr. Walsh fall prey to complacency, fearing change, unwilling of advancement or development that would bring progress to Pinal.

There are not enough matured, experienced, impassioned, self-assured men like Lando Voyles to do the job of law and order.
By record, Mr. Walsh has never had prosecuting experience and doesn’t seem to understand the objective of retributive justice or incarceration through a jury trial. It is curious anyone would find Mr. Walsh a valid choice for Pinal County Attorney or assume he is running an efficient office.

His office can appear proficient when Mr. Walsh allows attorneys to embolden apprehended criminal/suspects, caught committing felonious crimes, to plea to lesser charges, sanctioning probation. This would then make the county court docket move cases quickly but also, (in short order) puts the public, our families and residents at a greater risk for even more violent crime in Pinal County by repeat offenders.

Since our Pinal County Sheriff has been able to better train and equip the PCSO personnel, making them more capable of solid arrests and strong cases, it appears that Mr. Walsh’s office circumvents or negates trial convictions with plea bargains.

Sheriff Babeu’s officers are doing a tremendous job keeping law and order in our county; however, it can only amount to an unending circle of crime without proportional punishment, suppressing the efforts of our protectors and shields to bring law and order.

Having moved to Pinal County less than four years ago, I am very concerned for the (violent) criminal element in our county and have come to realize the profound need for a better understanding of the law by those who are elected or hired to enforce it.

Recently, I have been reading of repeat offenders (recidivism) pleading to lesser degrees of crime then criminals are effortlessly allowed back into our community and back out onto the streets of our county with nothing more than a wrist slap under Mr. Walsh’s watch. They have been unfettered from felony convictions with no rehabilitation and worse; without paying their real debt to society.
