Q3 home sales: Province

From July 1 through Sept. 30 about 330 properties sold in professionally-managed Maricopa communities, nine of them in the gated, active adult community of Province. The median price for a home in Province during the period was $60,100 higher than the median-priced home of all HOA-managed communities, and the median price per square foot was 49 percent higher.
