Highest-priced home in May goes for $260,000

In May, 189 homes sold in Maricopa and surrounding rural areas for a total sales volume of $22,508,560. The list volume was $22,687,254, a difference of $178,694.

The highest-priced house sold for $260,000 on North Greenway Drive in Rancho El Dorado. The 3,874-square-foot house was listed for $289,000 and was on the market for 57 days.

The lowest-priced house sold for $55,000 on West Windmill Drive. The 1,350-square-foot home was listed for $68,000 and was on the market for 130 days.

The average list price for homes in May was $120,038, while the average selling price was $119,093.

On average, homes sold in May were listed for 65 days, three days longer than for April.
