Sections of White & Parker and West Farrell roads will be closed to traffic in the coming weeks.
Road closures will be in effect from Jan. 14 to Feb. 1 as the city public works department reconstructs White & Parker, from Maricopa Casa Grande Highway to a point a few hundred feet north of Farrell, according to Eduardo Raudales, acting city engineer.
He said a trench will be opened across White & Parker for installation of new water lines and repair of other utilities. Utility service in the area will not be disturbed.
Detours will be posted and may cause travel delays in the area.
