Southbound Interstate 10 traffic will be a little slower to Maricopa this evening.
A two-vehicle collision occurred on the Queen Creek Road off-ramp of I-10 this afternoon, causing traffic to back up past Wild Horse Pass Boulevard, according to AZ511.
At about 5 p.m., two vehicles collided, leading one to crash into a barrier, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The cause of the crash was unknown.
Although the car is blocking the right lane, “traffic is moving along,” said a DPS spokesperson.
DPS did not have an estimated time for the lane to reopen.
