Maricopa celebrated its history, present and future Oct. 21-23 with the three-day Stagecoach Days events.
Between 4,500 and 5,500 people gathered at Pacana Park for a carnival, vendor village, artisan village, food court, kids corral with a petting
zoo, stagecoach rides, live entertainment and Mini-Miss Maricopa Pageant.
On Sunday morning a 5K run was held to benefit Against Abuse.
Mayor Anthony Smith had praise for the event, “Any time the community can get together to enjoy the recreation, businesses and vendors of Maricopa it’s a positive.”
