Thank you, Maricopa

To the citizens of this great community,

Thank you, thank you, thank you, for the incredible opportunities that you all afforded me as a member of the City Council.

Thanks to all of you who supported me in my run for re-election. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve you. I am extremely proud to have been a part of a team that took an idea and turned it into a wonderful place to live.

I wish all of the current members of the Council the best of luck over the next four years; I trust that you will lead us into the future and continue to advance our great city.

As my term as a councilmember was coming to an end, I was given the opportunity to speak to those in attendance at the Council meeting on April 13, and I was able to tell them all how proud I was to have been a member of the Council and to thank them.

As I drove away, I came to realize that I neglected to thank one person, and that was Councilman Ed Farrell. Had it not been for his foresight, we would not be where we are today.

Thank you, Councilman Farrell, and once again, thank you, Maricopa!
