An architecture firm has requested a major Development Review Permit for a 195-apartment complex.
Stewart + Reindersma Architecture made the request for Villas at the Gin, proposed for approximately 13 acres on the southeastern corner of West Edison Road and North Estrella Parkway.
Interested parties may ask questions and make comments regarding the proposed development during the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at 6 p.m. on May 8 in City Council chambers, 39700 W. InMaricopa has previously reported the project will be a multi-family apartment complex with outdoor pool, clubhouse and surface parking. Initial plans call for five three-story buildings of about 40 feet in height with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units.
