A Province woman with a bunch of warrants out for her arrest was so upset about an electricity outage at her home, she called the cops on herself so she could get some free power at the county jail Wednesday morning.

Acaysha Dolfin, 57, confused the police department for the power company when she made a 3 a.m. call to the cops about her power outage.

Cops, who knew she had four felony warrants out for her arrest and had been on the run from justice for half a year, happily accepted the invitation to Dolfin’s North Lemon Drop Drive home.

The warrants stemmed from a 2022 case of aggravated DUI. Dolfin is a longtime habitual drunk driver, according to court records.

She violated the terms of her release order after she posted bond for driving while drunk and a warrant was issued for her arrest in September.

Dolfin has been charged with DUI a dozen times before, according to public records.
