“Freddy’s brings to life the America of the late 1940s and early 1950s, a post-war era of pride and values focusing on unity and quality family time,” franchise operator Craig Newman said. “The walls of the restaurant are filled with captioned, black-and-white photos of 90-year-old restaurant co-founder, Freddy Simon, who also served in World War II.”

The 3,953 square-foot, free-standing franchise location seats 110 guests, with additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service is available. Restaurant hours are Sunday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

“If you’ve never tasted a Freddy’s steakburger, you’ll be amazed at how the seasoned, lean premium beef tastes,” said Newman. “We press it thin to create deliciously crispy edges. Our dessert, frozen custard, is similar to ice cream, but is denser, richer, and creamier, due to a churning process that eliminates ice crystals and excess air. We make it fresh, onsite throughout the day.”
