Arizona Workforce Connection, along with many partners, will be hosting the Pinal County Community Job Fair at the Promenade Mall in Casa Grande on Feb. 17.

The event is set to feature dozens of employees looking to fill positions. According Arizona Workforce Connection Business Service Liaison Linda Martinez, at least three employers will be from Maricopa.

“The event will connect job-seekers from the surrounding areas to employment that are local and currently hiring,” Kim Rodriguez of Arizona Workforce Connection said. “Maricopa residents (who are) tired of commuting to [Phoenix] or looking for a better job in the immediate area, the Pinal County Community Job Fair can provide opportunity for job seekers in Maricopa to potentially get a job closer to home.”

The job fair is meant to draw employers from the central Pinal County area, and raise awareness to the positions they have available to job seekers in the region.

The event is set to last from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Suite 130 at the Promenade Mall at 1005 N. Promenade Parkway in Casa Grande. Anyone looking for work is encouraged to attend.
