A 49-year-old Hidden Valley man was charged June 5 for failing to register as a sex offender after it was reported he had inappropriate sexual contact with a female juvenile.

Maricopa police officers responded to West Elizabeth Drive in the Senita subdivision on a report of an alleged sexual molestation of a child. The reporting party stated that William Justiniano had inappropriate sexual contact with a girl at the residence.

The investigation revealed Justiniano was a documented sex offender who had failed to notify and register with the requisite law enforcement agencies of his establishing residency in Maricopa.

Additional charges are pending further investigation.

Justiniano was arrested on June 9 and booked into the Pinal County Jail where he is being held without bond, according to a released statement today from MPD.
