Mild temperatures forecast this week, cooler for Halloween

A balmy week with temperatures in the 70s and 80s lies ahead for Maricopa, according to the National Weather Service.

Today is mostly sunny with a high near 87 degrees F. The night will be partly cloudy with a low around 60.

Tuesday, expect mostly sunny skies and a high near 87 during the day and breezes increasing to 10 mph in the afternoon. The overnight low is expected to be around 54.

Wednesday’s forecast is for sunny and calm with a high near 79. Halloween Night will be the coolest of the week  with a prediction of mostly clear skies and a low of 47.

Thursday, too, has a sunny forecast and a high near 79. The nighttime low is predicted to be around 52 under mostly clear skies.

Friday’s forecast has sunny skies and a high near 82 followed by a mostly clear night with a low around 54.

The weekend, from this distance, looks to be sunny, a boon for those participating in the many activities planned in Maricopa.
