Albright College to offer four-year degrees in Maricopa

Albright College is coming to Maricopa.

Students who are attending classes at Maricopa’s Central Arizona College campus will now be able to seamlessly transfer those credits to a several undergraduate degree programs now offered by Albright College.

Albright has partnered with CAC and will now be offering three accelerated degree completion programs in Maricopa this fall: applied psychology, business administration and information systems.

“Providing residents with access to quality education at all levels is one of the City of Maricopa's primary objectives," Mayor Christian Price said.

"CAC is constantly exploring new opportunities for students to achieve their education goals," said Janice Pratt, dean of the campus.

This will be the first time residents of Maricopa will have the opportunity to take courses to attain their four-year degree without leaving the city of Maricopa.

Albright is a private institution founded in 1856 that offers a liberal arts curriculum with an interdisciplinary focus.

Their programs are designed for working adults with a minimum of 48 college credits.

Accelerated degree completion programs cost $1,590 per course.***ADVERTISEMENT***
