The Arizona Storage Company’s new 568-unit storage facility will celebrate its grand opening from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 29 at 40675 W. Honeycutt Road, between Porter and White-Parker roads.

Activities will include a ribbon cutting ceremony by Mayor Kelly Anderson and several City Council members. Free hot dogs and hamburgers with chips and soda will be provided by Town & Country Foods, Inc., and a Maricopa Fire engine will be on site for the kids to explore.

The newly built storage property offers Maricopa and surrounding communities a state-of-the-art facility located in one of the faster-growing regions of southern Arizona. With the number of households expected to double over the next three years, according to Maricopa’s development department, self storage will be at a premium said Terri Kingery, executive director of the Maricopa Chamber of Commerce stated.

This facility was developed with the customer in mind down to the last detail. They have installed state-of-the-art security, utilizing the latest technology for monitoring access to the complex as well as individual units. The design includes extra wide driving lanes and turning radius’ at corners for ease of maneuverability.

Also, everyone who rents a unit is given a high-quality steel disc-lock to secure their unit. These locks are virtually unbreakable. They will also have a selection of moving supplies available in case customers find themselves on site and realize that they’ve forgotten something such as tape, bubble wrap, box labels or other related items.

The Arizona Storage Company has more than 68,000 square feet of space with 568 rental units. Of those, 394 are air conditioned and 174 are non-air-conditioned. They are available in varying sizes.
