RESIDENT: Potter’s actions dubious

1835

Quite frankly the actions of Councilman Potter are dubious at best and dishonorable.

If you wish to run for mayor then do so under the pretext of wanting to serve your community, and that you have had a desire and aspirations to be mayor. Do not throw your hat into a race out of retaliation against your colleagues.

As for Councilman Kimball, it is easy to judge a man by his mistakes. He could have resigned and slinked away, but he did not. He has complied with the course of action assigned to him and more.

The true measure of a man is what he does after he has made an error in judgment.

Find me a member of our community who is without trespasses; what we need is not seven perfect councilmen, but a community that holds love and compassion in their hearts and can evoke the changes needed for his constituents.

Your personal faith in this matter is irrelevant.

Wrong and right is a universal truth, and you should look toward yourself for those answers.

It is too easy to cast stones at others.
