Eva’s Fine Mexican Food in Casa Grande gets 3 dings from health department

Eva's Fine Mexican Food in Casa Grande got hit with three violations in July from the Pinal County Health Department.

The restaurant at 2033 N. Pinal Ave., Suite 1, was cited for improper cooling time and temperatures, improper cold holding temperatures and lack of knowledge with code compliance.

The restaurant received an “N” rating, which means it needs improvement.

The health department made random inspections of 12 other eateries and stores that sell food in Casa Grande and all received either an “E” for excellent or an “S” for satisfactory. None received a “U,” which means unsatisfactory.
