A Hidden Valley home is dubbed the least expensive home sold in the Maricopa area in 2023, fetching $59,000 July 9.  

This manufactured home in unincorporated Maricopa, 51603 W. Pony Road, has three bedrooms, two baths, an eat-in kitchen and a living area. The home has a septic system and water is required to be hauled in. It does not have any covered or slab parking but sits on a 5-acre lot open to vehicles and horses. 

It sold for $10,997 below its original list price after 10 days on the market.
