Starting Monday, the KFC in Maricopa will serve an all-you-can-eat buffet with 35 items every day from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The buffet will include all of KFC’s varieties of chicken, a salad bar and other hot and cold food items.
Owner Russ Burke said the items will rotate weekly to keep the selections fresh.
Burke said he has been doing a buffet at this store in Casa Grande for 17 years and it has been successful.
