The Phoenix RoadRunners will celebrate Maricopa Elementary School Night at 7:11 p.m. Feb. 29 during Turn Back the Clock Night at US Airways Center, 201 E. Jefferson Street in Phoenix.
The RoadRunners will be turning back the clocks in celebration of leap year as they take a trip down memory lane to leap years of the past. Special appearances by RoadRunner Legends will take place during intermission. RoadRunner rally towels will be available to for the first 1,000 fans, the minor-league hockey team reports.
“Every student and staff member from Maricopa Elementary will receive a free ticket and foam finger, and our school will be recognized on the jumbo tron,” Aaron Harris, a Maricopa Middle School teacher said.
