Most expensive house September [Brian Petersheim Jr.]

A Lakes at Rancho El Dorado home is dubbed the priciest house sold in the Maricopa area in 2023, fetching a whopping $740,000 Aug. 1.

It sold for more than 12 times the price of the least expensive home sold in 2023 but garnered just half the cash of last year’s most expensive sold.

This lakeside former model home at 22334 N. Daniel Drive boasts both a three-car garage and an RV garage. Alongside three bedrooms are a study room and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is connected to the great room with a bonus breakfast nook. The master suite features a dual-sink bathroom and large walk-in closet. The backyard covered patio offers views of the community lake.

It sold for $24,000 under its original list price.

InMaricopa previously featured the home in our September 2023 issue as the priciest home sold that month.
