One hundred thirty-six homes sold in the city in October, ranging from $83,500 to $285,000, according to the Arizona Multiple Listing Service.

A furnished, 2,286-square-foot home at 41969 W. Almira Drive in Glennwilde was the highest-priced home, selling for $124.67 per square foot. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home has a den, granite countertops and tile. A “true resort-like backyard” includes a heated pool with waterfall and rockslide.

The least-expensive home was a short-sale in Santa Rosa Springs, 42369 W. Balsa Drive. Originally listed for $129,000, it sold for $83,500 after 266 days on the market. The 1,500 square-foot home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den.

The median price of the homes sold last month was $143,900. The median size was 1,974 square feet and price per square foot $74.16.
