On the Go Bistro, a Maricopa favorite for lunch and dinner since its October 2005 opening, is now open for breakfast six days a week. The restaurant’s hours of operation are now Tuesday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is closed on Mondays.

src=The decision to trade weekday dinners for breakfast Tuesday through Sunday was made in response to a growing demand for breakfast service in Maricopa. “There are very limited options currently to grab a good breakfast here in Maricopa,” said Byron Fanning, who owns On the Go Bistro along with his brother, Ed. “We are really excited about the change and have already received a great response from our customers.”

Breakfast menu items include pancakes, french toast, eggs any style and a breakfast burrito for just $3.99 (click here to download menu.) In addition, kids eat free all the time with the purchase of an entrée by mom or dad!

In addition to the new hours, On the Go Bistro has changed its format to be a full service, sit-down restaurant. Previously, customers ordered at the counter and had self-serve beverage service. On the Go Bistro is located in the Fry’s Marketplace Center at 20917 North John Wayne Parkway, Suite A-104.
