Why you need auto insurance

Automobile insurance can be the difference between a minor inconvenience and a major hassle. But why do you need insurance and just how much should you buy?

Protecting your credit during divorce

When a marriage ends in divorce, the lives of those involved are changed forever. During this time of upheaval, one thing that shouldn't have to change is the credit status you've worked so hard to achieve.

Too big to care

It’s never too late to buy land

Frankly, I'm tired of hearing so many of the "locals" say, "I coulda, shoulda, woulda" bought when land was so much cheaper "back when"--15 years ago, 10 years ago, even 5 years ago, but now I'm afraid it's too late!

I went on the MUSD site today to check out the bus schedule for the high school. Lo and behold, things have changed! We live in Senita, Phase I. Apparently we are just too close to need bussing to the high school.

Independence Day and the lawsuit

What does this have to do with Independence Day? Our Founding Fathers and the people fought against political tyranny - a government ignoring its own laws and taxing its own citizens without due process.

A question of aging

I know I am getting older, and we all may be able to sidestep "father time" for a while.
