A memorial service for Max Schrader Sr. is planned for Thursday, April 18 at 2 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 45235 W. Honeycutt Ave. His service as a veteran of the U.S. Navy will be recognized by the Maricopa American Legion Honor Guard.
Interment will immediately follow at the Schrader Family Cemetery in Mobile.
Schrader, 84, died after walking away from his car April 3 in a remote area north of Mobile and apparently trying to walk home.
