Highest-priced home in January sold for $332K

In January, 89 homes in Maricopa and the surrounding rural areas sold for a total sales volume of $14.4 million, according to the statistical market analysis from the Arizona Multiple Listing Service. The list volume was $14.7 million, a difference of $304,384.

The highest-priced house sold for $332,000 on West Little Drive. This 3,986-square-foot home was on the market for 85 days. In December, the highest-priced house sold for $380,000 on North Enchantment Pass and was on the market for 41 days.

The lowest-priced house sold for $82,500 on West Windmill Drive. The 1,209-square-foot-home was on the market 40 days.

The average sold price per approximate square foot in January was $73 compared to the lowest at $42 and the highest at $147.
