January, 2008 saw 59 single family homes in Maricopa sell on the Multiple Listing Service ranging fron $100,000 to $263,319.

The least expensive one listed for $109,900 and sold for $100,000 in just eight days. Average days on market were 129 days. That home was a two-bedroom, 1.75 bath home that is 1368 square feet.

The most expensive home was a 4047 square foot, six-bedroom, four-bath home that sold for $263,319 in 408 days. It was listed for $296,900.

The average single family home that sold in Maricopa in January through the MLS was a three-bedroom, 2.42-bath 2285-square-foot home that listed for $181,565 and sold for $170,237 in 129 days.

The MLS can include some builder properties.
