Kristopher Mikell

Kristopher Guarajado Mickell, a 15-year-old boy from Maricopa, was stabbed to death today in Phoenix, according to Phoenix Police Department.

Phoenix PD said Mickell was rushed to the hospital in extremely critical condition and was later pronounced dead at the hospital. Mickell was recently involved with the Maricopa Police Department in a stolen vehicle incident.

No suspects have been identified yet, and police have not explained what led to the stabbing in the area of 43rd Avenue and Indian School Road. Mickell has an older brother and family still residing in Maricopa.

  1. First of all you should be ashamed for running this story the way you did. Typical media bull. He is a child who was murdered, he was not convicted of the crime or even arrested for it so why do you feel the need to publish anything derogatory about a child that was murdered? Then of all the pictures of him playing football etc you pick one that again makes him look like a criminal or gang member. Does that make his life less valuable? He this is another example of how society failed. Too many people having kids and not taking care of them, too many people turning a blind eye when a child is crying out for help. So many kids are in bad situations. You have no idea what this child went through, this is beyond sad.
