After fuel incident, Circle K encourages customers to call hotline

After more than a dozen Maricopans complained of bad fuel or rainwater being pumped into their vehicles at a Circle K last weekend, the company is encouraging anyone who think they were affected to report the incidents to its claims department.

“At Circle K, we guarantee the quality of our fuels,” spokesperson Donna J. Humphrey told InMaricopa. “However, issues do occasionally arise, and customers should report them to Circle K for review by its claims department. Customers may either file a claim with the Store or call our Customer Service Hotline at 1-833-685-7318.”

Customers complained the fuel they acquired at the north Circle K had caused their vehicles to malfunction or stop altogether. Some claimed more than $1,000 in repairs were required.
